When washing garments made from synthetic fabrics, the use of a wash bag becomes even more important: it prevents microplastics from entering rivers and oceans.

Air your clothes instead of washing them, to save water and energy and extend their life.
Use a wash bag to protect your clothes and prevent fibers from escaping. When cleaning the bag and filter, be sure to wipe them dry and dispose of any lint in the trash. Never rinse with water, as we don't want the fibers to end up in lakes or oceans.
Machine wash, max. 40°C/104°F.
Use mild, eco-certified detergents and make sure you use the right dose.
Avoid fabric softeners. In addition to being harmful to the environment, they have a negative impact on garment performance, particularly in terms of moisture transport and breathability.
Tumble-dry at low temperature.
Iron at low temperature.
