Developed by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa for HAY, the Pao lamp is a portable lamp inspired by the atmospheric glow of dome-shaped Mongolian tents at night. By concealing the light source within the shade, Fukasawa creates a compact everyday object that complements the environment in which it is placed.
